Another lock restored on the Grantham

LOCK 15 is now completely restored on the Grantham Canal, and all it needs is boats!

To celebrate its completion there is the chance to inspect the lock and to talk to the volunteers who have helped restore it.

Bank Holiday weekend

This takes place over the Bank Holiday weekend of Sunday and Monday, and there will be refreshments nearby at the Grantham Society's  Woolsthorpe Depot.

There is the addition of a trip boat operating 30 minutes cruises, but as the boat only holds 10 passengers early booking is essential.  All details from the sociaty's website: http://www.granthamcanal.org/
