Dangerous cills

There is no way that the Trust will put a notice at locks to say that it is dangerous to get the stern caught on the cill.

It should do, for time and time again it is obvious that the simple word 'cill' painted on the ground means nothing to many, especially newcomers.

So boats will keep getting caught and sink, and the Trust will blithely carry on taking no responsibility.
