THE police are concerned about the whereabouts of Elizabeth Kinston who was last seen by Castle Marina on the Nottingham Canal early this month.

Elizabeth left her home in Beeston at some point after 10am on Friday 1st November with a last sighting of her outside Sainsbury's by the waterway near Castle Marina. Elizabeth (pictured here with her daughter Elise) is white, around 5ft 7ins tall and of medium build. She has blonde, shoulder-length hair, which was tied back in a ponytail.

Appealing to boaters

The police are appealing to boaters either mooring in the area or passing through who may have seen her, with Detective Inspector Kev Broadhead explaining:

"It's not escaped our attention that Elizabeth was last seen near Castle Marina on the day she went missing and we have resources in place in that area as part of the search for her.

"We are aware that a number of people live on the marina and others have boats moored there. It's a little community in itself with lots of people coming and going. As a result there could be people out there with information that may be vital to this inquiry.

"If you know anything about where Elizabeth went on the afternoon she went missing or have seen her since then, call us."

If you have seen Elizabeth, or know where she is, contact Nottinghamshire Police or call Crimestoppers anonymously. Incident Number: 000851-01112013
