First letting at Worcester

THE commercial sector of The Waterside development in Worcester has at last had its first commercial letting.
The Waterside is a mixed use development at Diglis Basin on the Worcester & Birmingham Canal, with Ascendant Europe taking 3,560sq ft in Slip House, built on the former Royal Worcester Porcelain site which fronts the waterway.
Both homes and commercial properties have had a very slow take-up, with the 3,560sq ft the first letting of the eventual 65,000sq ft of office space that will be available.
