NOT much has changed on the Grand Union Summit contributor Howard Clarke reports.
That is except for lack of maintenance impacting the navigation as can be seen from the photos, with a rather battered lock beam overhanging and lock gates full of vegetation.

And the hedges full of blackberries and more vegetation on the Wendover Arm have encroached making things difficult—but it is impossible for cyclists to use now.
We shall see what winter brings.
Howard also tells that the dog waste bins at Bulbourne and Marsworth (and probably elsewhere) have been removed. Dog walkers are now leaving little presents in plastic bags where the bins used to be. Lovely!
