THE good news is that the Hartshill waterpoint on the Coventry is back working again, having been repaired.
The bad news is that the Glascote Top Lock waterpoint, also on the Coventry, has stopped working again, Keith Gudgin reports.
Second time in a few days
This being the second time in just a few days, it having been repaired then out of order shortly after.
"If the same 'plumber' was used what chance is there that it will remain fixed for any period of time?"
Asks Brian D Jarrett, whose photograph was taken in July of the tap when it failed.
How long it will last this time is an unknown factor, as two other repaired waterpoints were repaired then failed again within days.
Another Coventry waterpoint fails
But still on the Coventry, the waterpoint at Hartshill near Atherstone failed on Tuesday, as reported, but this time was repaired within two days.
LATEST—Lets try again remarks Keith! As the Glascote waterpoint has been repaired.
