Stratford Canal 'a disgrace'

THE Stratford canal is unfortunately a shinning example of how CaRT are not maintaining a canal, writes Brian D Jarrett.
It is a disgrace and talking to hire boaters on the way back up, most of them were dismayed at how difficult the gates/paddle gear were proving not to mention the water levels below Wootton Wawen!
This canal is a disgrace and I for one will no longer consider it as a navigation that I will travel.
