'Navigation open'—but you can't use it!

THERE is a stoppage this morning, Friday at Lock 15 on the Audlem Flight—but the 'navigation is open'!

So tells the stoppage notice that the navigation is open but it is closed at 7am and will be open at noon.

Padlocked

This is to repair a broken paddle with the flight padlocked for its duration, with Linda Andrews of Cheshire Cat Narrowboat Holidays remarking:

"So here is stoppage number six for the week, although the header says the navigation is open, the text below says it will close at 7am for a paddle repair. Luckily, only planned to take half a day, so maybe should only count as five and a half stoppages."
