Still no pump-out cards

WAY back in December Canal & River Trust told that its Birmingham office shop would be open for pump-out cards, etc on the 4th January.

This was the result of numerous complaints from both continuous cruisers and long term moorers in and around Birmingham who were unable to get pump-out cards or keys as the office was closed, Keith Gudgin reports.

But today—the 4th of January,—the trust has issued a notice from the trust telling the office selling pump-out cards and keys will be closed from the 4th January!

But alas no further date when it will be open, with the situation now obviously desperate.

They are available via the internet, with the problem of where to collect.
