What next to spend our money on?

After cyclists, canoeists and now giving up nearly a 1,000 acres of our waterways for nature that James Henry writes about, and don't let us forget the potty 'poetry' on lock gates, hundreds of 'welcome' notices and even notices for ducks to read, I just wonder what will be the next hare-brained scheme conjured-up by CaRT to spend our money on?
