It's the lock landing on the bottom lock of the Adderley Flight on the Shroppie. Totally unusable, broken, not fixed, just fenced off and left.

This is just one example of the Shroppie falling apart. It it okay at Audlem, if you can ignore all the bywashes bumping you into the wall as you enter the locks, but then CaRT need some good bits to show off to their 440 odd million visitors don't they?
