White Mills facilities building started

WHITE Mills Marina has started work on its brand new purpose built facilities building, with work now well underway.

The new building, which is expected to be completed by the end of July, has been designed primarily to provide visitors to our stretch (boaters and campers) with showers and toilets as well as modern disabled facilities.

Light refreshments

The community area which looks out over the marina will be open during the day and will house the little library which is currently operating from the laundry room. Once the main building work is completed then we will be turning our attention to creating a kitchen area so that we can serve light refreshments to guests. The picture shows the very first start to the work.

One of the greatest things about having a dedicated community room is that we will be able to host more events for boaters and the wider community.
