Another tower for Liverpool Docks

THERE are plans for another residential tower block at Liverpool Docks—the third since last September.

Peel have submitted plans to build a £21 million residential tower as part of the city's Liverpool Waters regeneration scheme at Princes Dock, Alan Tilbury reports.

34 and 30 storeys

If permission is granted this will be the third in a few months, with a 34 storey tower gaining planning permission last September, followed by the submission for a 30 storey tower a short while after.

The new one is named Plaza 1821, representing the date when the Princes Dock was first opened, and will contain 105 apartments in addition to ground floor shops. The proposed Peel tower is stated as being multi-storey.

All the towers are for residential use and are part of the redevelopment of the docks.
