Adapt with the times

I APPRECIATE that we have to move with and adapt to the times and cycling is being encouraged as a cheap, easy, environmental and healthy way to go, writes Bill Ridgeway.

 

However, that CaRT is actively encouraging and accommodating speeding cyclists in contrast to the needs and expectations of boaters and walkers is going too far.

Answerable

This is just another example of the need for CaRT to be answerable to 'the general public' for its policies and interpretation of the law. If the 'general public' are content (verifiable independently) with what CaRT is doing then so be it. I suppose we will just have to accept the status quo—until the revolution.
