Another body found in Bristol Harbour

FOLLOWING on the body of 24 years old Deacon Wilkins that was pulled from Bristol Harbour on the 5th February another body was dragged out on Monday the 27th.

This was the body of 26 years old Lewis Ball, who went missing three weeks ago, whose body was discovered in the harbour and was retrieved, Alan Tilbury reports.

Out drinking

Once again the victim had been our drinking, being last seen leaving Thekla Floating Nightclub on Sunday 5th February following a night out, he being seen on CCTV walking towards the harbour about 20 minutes after leaving the nightclub.

He was seen to be unsteady as he suddenly swerved away and disappeared out of view.

Divers eventually called in

He was reported missing the following day when he failed to arrive at work, that evoked an appeal, with police searching the waterfront, but eventually divers were called in and found the body in the harbour.
