Ineffective water filters

IF YOU might have purchased a full water filtration system or replacement cartridges for an existing filtration system from PureWaterOnline Ltd. prior to December 2016 you need to be aware of the following, writes Mick Fitzgibbons.

Anyone in the UK who believes that they were supplied with ineffective filters by Harald Charters while he worked as an employee of General Ecology, or later as an independent distributor in the UK known as PureWaterOnline Ltd., is to be refunded and compensated by General Ecology the filter manufacturer.

Full refund

Those who purchased the Nature Pure QC system, expecting to be protected from bacteria and viruses but were supplied the wrong canister, will receive a full refund at today's price of £288 for the system and receive 4 filters of their choice, approx value £350, free of charge.

Purchasers will need their receipt and/or serial number to receive their cash and canisters. General Ecology have also said in a press release that as of today Purewateronline Ltd no longer have distribution rights for their products.
