Fight on Thames boat

SUCH was the ferocity of a fight on a boat on the Thames near Westminster Pier that three people had to be rushed to hospital.

People on the pier saw men fighting on the boat and called the police, with the police boarding as the boat was steered to a mooring.

Arrested

In addition to the three people taken to hospital, another man was arrested on the boat during the Saturday evening affray.

The RNLI's Tower lifeboat and paramedics from London Ambulance Service were also called to deal with the situation.
