Email: Gone to its head

I have always made allowances for the state of maintenance, believing that the Canal & River Trust is hampered by lack of funds.

But since it took over from British Waterways it has started many what can only be described as 'cash-swallowing' ventures, as anyone reading your site can appreciate and as has been described time and time again.

I think it being named a charity has gone to its collective head and it believes it it all things to everyone, but alas at the cost of what it really is—the protector of our waterways.
