Email: Don't they know?

I  have just seen the Black Prince Google advert on your site, which tells me it really does not know what boating is all about.

The boat has just passed another that was moored, pulling back on its track on the left side of the canal!

Surely those at Black Prince should have okayed the advert before it went out, and seen that the hire boat was on the wrong side of the canal?  It is simple things like this that people note, especially regular hires, like myself, and it sort of shows that the company does not really know what it is all about.
