Soon be 500 millions!

Having just read Victor's excellent review of his cruise along the Shroppie I must correct his figure obtained from CaRT of 300,000,000 visitors to our canal system last year.

On Radio 2 last week the CaRT mouthpiece stated that in fact this figure was 400,000,000!

Did every man, woman, and child in the United Kingdom really visit the system nearly seven times? Where do they get these figures?

Keep it up Victor, you are a breath of fresh air.
