New base doing well

THE new base of Oxfordshire Narrowboats at Bradford on Avon on the Kennet & Avon Canal is appealing to narrowboat owners as well as holiday boaters.

It's an historic site, utilising an original wharf building and  dry dock, which is appealing to narrowboaters as it offers a DIY facility, most popular in the current financial climate.  Also there is a day boat for those who want to find out what boating is all about.

Owner David Dare tells us:

"We are really excited about the new base at Bradford on Avon, and it's a great addition to our other bases. We now have a total of five bases across central England, giving our guests an incredibly wide selection of holidays and destinations to choose from. We have day boats for up to 10 people, overnight boats for two, and larger boats that will accommodate up to 12 people, so there really is a narrowboat to suit everyone".
