THE flasher on the Wyrley and Essington Canal towpath, has still not been caught, having exposed himself to a woman again.

Walsall police have issued a warning about the flasher, whom officers believe has struck 11 times over the past year, exposing himself to women walking on the towpath.

Naked

The man is not the usual flasher, opening a coat to reveal himself, but is completely naked. showing himself to women and girls then running off.

The offences that were reported occurred between late afternoon and early evening, but it is believed that many are not reported.

Sergeant Stephen Wilkinson, of the Brownhills neighbourhood policing team, explained:

"This man appears to be targeting women and young girls who use the canal towpath. We are concerned that with the warmer weather he will strike again."
