Rubbish facility relocated

THOUGHT you might like to advise your readers that the rubbish area at Hawkesbury Junction has been relocated to inside of the services building, writes Alan Deane.

This was due to them being used by fly tippers. There are no signs indicating this. Finding the door is a bit tricky as most people head for the double doors which have a non CaRT padlock on them.

No rubbish disposal at Newbold

Have just found out that the rubbish bins at Newbold, in the pub car park, have been removed due to them being used by non boaters. Apparently they will not be replaced.

Nearest rubbish disposal is now Stretton or Hillmorton.
