SO THE GRP cruiser has gone! It cannot just disappear (unless it has been broken up), writes Bill Ridgeway.
It is a reasonable assumption its occupants will continue to gain from their fishing activities and that the boat must have gone somewhere.
Not moved very far
The questions are to where has it gone and are they still doing it? Finding answers to these questions and, if appropriate, make their life difficult by reporting the situation may be necessary to ensure they comply with the law. I would suspect they haven't moved very far.
