What does it mean?

Way back in August, overnight closures were put on various London waterways locks.

This week's stoppage notice lists these closures that includes the Regents, Grand Union and Hertford Union canals.

Headed by the words 'Works have now been completed'.

Fully open ot not?

It really is time someone who inderstands should be put in charge of these stoppage notices that are causing Canal & River Trust to become a laughing stock by their unclear and often contradictory statements.
